About Us

A full-service firm with a special strength in consumer protection.

The Ace Law Associates was founded on a simple conviction: that sound legal counsel should be intelligible to the person it serves. Our advocates combine courtroom experience with domain fluency in real estate, RERA regulation, infrastructure, banking and insolvency — the place where law and commerce actually meet.

We act for national and international clients before civil courts, writ jurisdictions, the NCLT and NCLAT, regulatory authorities, and State and National consumer commissions. Where a dispute is better settled than fought, we say so — and we hold conciliation, mediation and arbitration capability in-house to do it.

  • Special strength in consumer protection and real estate regulation
  • In-house conciliation, mediation and arbitration capability
  • Technology-supported research for quicker turnaround on advice
  • A dedicated case-management desk for status updates in writing

Client Voices

What clients say after the order.

They told me in the first meeting that my claim was weak on limitation. Every other firm had promised possession within a year.
R. MalhotraHome buyer, Gurugram
Written status notes after every hearing. I always knew what had happened without having to call anyone.
K. SundaramDirector, infrastructure company
Our dispute settled in mediation in four sittings. The fees were a fraction of what litigation would have cost us.

Ordinary matters are drafted and filed within three to five working days of instruction. For a stay application or an imminent hearing we can move within 24 hours — call the chambers directly rather than using the form.

Yes. We appear across NCR and travel for High Court and tribunal matters elsewhere in India. For distant fora we work with instructed local counsel and retain conduct of the file ourselves.

Video sittings are available for outstation and overseas clients at the same consultation fee. Documents can be shared in advance through an encrypted link generated for your matter.

Information sent to the firm is treated as privileged from the moment it arrives, whether or not you instruct us. Nothing is disclosed to a prospective opposite party, and we run a conflict check before accepting the other side of any dispute.
